Team Slice started with the passion for building with Reza Khan, a CTO of IT Conquest with over 15 years of experience building software for startups and enterprises in the US, Canada and Asia-Pacific region.He worked with many different product development teams to create products, but found himself thinking that ‘there has got to be a better way’, and the rest is history.
In its 15-year legacy, the company has championed building meaningful products with excellence. The team has always been passionate in creating a flywheel around their product development cycle that clients have seen successes with as they grow.
Beyond being a team for others, Team Slice has its own internal incubator that fosters innovation among its talents. It started in 2017 when they thought of creating their own internal tools instead of relying solely on JIRA, Trello and the other usual suspects. They’ve built significant tools that enhance workflow automation, collaboration, management tracking, lifecycle configuration for work items, overall project reporting and others.
Being able to focus on creating these internal projects allowed the team to be trained and groomed to handle more complex problems.
What’s next for TeamSlice?
While they hope to continue working on many different project concepts and ideas for startups, they have also started incubating smaller in-house products and external products for global clients. TeamSlice is working hard towards establishing itself as a product incubator and accelerator company by the year 2023.
