Technical Challenges
Deployment & Infrastructure Management
Initially, application deployment was not automated so we had to spend a lot of time deploying new releases. Later, we managed to optimize the deployment process to save deployment time.
Application Development
Improper application logging makes it difficult to debug issues in a production environment. Also, breaking down a whole application into a microservice is a big challenge due to code and database separation.
Code Refactoring
Code refactoring is a tricky challenge when new bugs arise. Not using a test script to test existing features initially made our project difficult to handle.
