In a Nutshell
In a nutshell, ERP360+ Trims covers all aspects of running a trims business including sample development, order placement, production, shipping, inventory management, commercial documentation and reports.
Core Features
A robust homegrown ERP system that we have built using the latest technologies and frameworks available today.
Planning
A system with intelligent automated planning modules to manage your deliveries. Plan day-to-day with real-time data or month-to-month with collected data on both Macro & Micro Level.
Tracking
The system tracks your sales order from initial order placement to delivery with a very efficient workflow.
Inventory
The module that connects and keeps track of all your procured entities, suppliers and produced goods.
Technical Challenges
Testing
The system manages all the inter-departmental workflows from one convenient place. And while testing a system of such scale, we did come across some difficulties.
Planning Module
Each feature of the system comes with all the details a user might need and it was challenging to pull the whole system together and implement the feature planning module.
Implementing Features
While our team is well equipped for creating an enterprise level system such as this, we’re always learning, reinventing and molding software to perfectly meet the need. Implementing the feature dying module, dynamic sticker generation & packing list were a bit tricky but ultimately we made the perfect integration of all these.
End Result
Development
We created the entire app from front end to back end, the content, and handled all deployment.
Solution
Created an end-to-end management solution that covers the entire business process and allows-
- Enhanced visibility & greater decision-making
- Effective reporting & analysis
