Technical Challenges
Smart Algorithm
We implemented a highly efficient algorithm for finding the nearest host and showing them in order of distance when someone is looking for a reservation in an area.
Seamless UI/UX
We created seamless and easy to use UI/UX for managing group booking, pricing, hierarchical multilevel regions and manager assignment for each of them and also build an import/export tool for this – and the whole thing came with its own challenges.
Advance Level Integration
While using advanced Google place and Geolocation API, we dealt with some inconsistencies where for some of the addresses there is no sub-city or city, which we solved through finding another nearest place through latitude, longitude which would have the same sub-city, city.
